Manambong Parte Evacuation Center

– RHU gave vitamins to 19 well patients and medicines to 3 sick patients

Manambong Sur Evacuation Center

– Nutrition Office gave fruits to a 2-year-old patient and conducted mid-upper arm circumference checking on children.

– RHU checked up the 2-year-old patient.

– DOH distributed hygiene kits.

– MSWDO and MDRRMO provided diapers to infants as requested.

– MSWDO and MDRRMO gave food packs to evacuees on their 3rd day in the facility.

Manambong Sur Evacuation Center

– MSWDO reported that 11 families were still in the facility.

– RHU checked up 19 patients and gave medicines to them.

– RHU followed up on the health condition of evacuees.

– RHU checked up 15 new patients, with 2 given prophylaxis for leptospirosis.

– RHU followed up on the condition of 5 sick children, 4 of whom tested positive for dengue and referred to BDH if found to have low platelet count.

Manambong Sur Evacuation Center

– RHU conducted residual misting at the facility.

– RHU checked up 4 new sick patients, with 2 given prophylaxis for leptospirosis.
