An Ordinance requiring installation of road warning and safety devices (RWSD’s) by all construction and public utility companies on all ongoing road and bridge constructions/maintenance along the Municipal and Barangay road within the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan and providing penalties thereof.
