An ordinance approving and ratifying the terms and condition of the approved Loan with landbank and other supporting documents pertaining to the Loan. Entered into by and between the Municipal Government of Bayambang represented by Hon, Cezar T. Quiambao and the Landbank of the Philippines represented by its Assistant Vice President/Head Pangasinan Lending Center Demetrio P. Espiritu III in the Amount not exceeding to three hundred thirty one million pesos (Php 331,000,000.00) philippine currency to fund the 1) Bayambang Farmers Poverty Revolution Program through permanent working capital for the purchase of various agricultural Product 2) Construction of eight (8) Unit Warehouse building 3) Acquisition of Heavy Equipment for dredging of Inland fisheries 4) Construction of Bayambang Central Transport Terminal 5) Construction of Public Market expansion and 6) Loan Take-out of the LGU outstanding Principal Loan balance with eastwest bank including any pretermination fees to the take out sponsored by all the Municipal Councilor.
