Isinagawa ang isang mandatory training noong ika-27 ng Disyembre sa Pavilion 1 ng St. Vincent Ferrer Prayer Park para sa mga bagong SK Secretary at SK Treasurer.
Layunin nito na ipaalam sa mga SK Secretary at SK Treasurer ang responsibilidad ng kanilang posisyon.
Ang training ay inorganisa ng Local Youth Development Office at DILG, kung saan naging paksa ang mga sumusunod:
– Decentralization and Local Governance
– SK History and Salient Features
– Meetings and Resolutions
– Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards
Dito ay naging facilitator sina MLGOO Johanna Montoya, HRM Officer Nora R. Zafra, OIC MPDO Ma-lene Torio, Budget Officer Peter Caragan, SB Secretary Joel Camacho, at LYD Officer Johnson Abalos.
