Noong October 2 sa Kapitolyo, nagtulung-tulong ang mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan sa pangunguna ni Vice-Mayor IC Sabangan na depensahan sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan ang binalangkas na Supplemental Budget para sa taong 2023. Matapos ang pagdinig, inaprubahan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ang Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2023 o “An Ordinance Enacting the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 for Calendar Year 2023 of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan and Providing Appropriation Thereof,” na siyang nagsasaad ng Municipal Supplemental Budget na nagkakahalaga ng P3,674,438.28.
Kasabay nito ay ang pag-apruba sa walong iba pang mahahalagang ordinansa, kabilang ang :
– Municipal Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2023: “An Ordinance Prescribing Guidelines, Fees, and Charges for Availing of the Newly Constructed Apartment Type Bone Ossuary at the Municipal Public Cemetery and for Other Purposes”
– Municipal Ordinance No. 05, Series of 2023: “An Ordinance Institutionalizing Barangay Seal of Good Local Governance (BSGLG) in the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan”
– Municipal Ordinance No. 06, Series of 2023: “An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Halina’t Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG) sa Barangay Project in the Municipality of Bayambang”
– Municipal Ordinance No. 07, Series of 2023: “An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Citizen’s Charter of the Municipality of Bayambang and for Other Purposes”
