Five graduating councilors — Mylvin T. Junio, Philip R. Dumalanta, Martin E. Terrado II, Benjamin Francisco S. de Vera and Amory M. Junio — took to the podium to deliver one last time in plenary today their valedictory speeches, as the august body marked the last session of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan, with reflections on public service and legislative milestones. They expressed their gratitude to former Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, Mayor Niña Jose-Quiambao, their colleagues and staff, the heads of the LGU departments and units and partner national agencies and other fellow local government employees, and the people of Bayambang for the trust, support and opportunity to serve the municipality. They also underscored the importance of continuity of public service beyond the Session Hall.
