Noong October 3 hanggang 6, fina-finalize ng LGU department heads ang bagong Citizen’s Charter ng bayan ng Bayambang sa isang seminar-workshop.
Naging resource persons dito sina Engr. Antonio Gardose II ng Anti-Red Tape Authority o ARTA Northern Luzon ukol sa Compliance to RA 11032 o Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery of 2018, at Joseph Louis Cariño ng ARTA Northern Luzon, ukol naman sa Implementing Rules and Regulations ng ARTA.
