Nagpakitang-gilas ng iba’t-ibang angking talento ang mga bibung-bibong Child Development Learners (CDL) sa tatlong patimpalak gaya ng Talumpati, Folk Dance, at Monologue na ginanap noong ika-14 ng Nobyembre, sa Pavilion 1 ng Saint Vincent Ferrer Prayer Park.
Ito ay inorganisa ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) kaugnay ng selebrasyon ng National Children’s Month 2023 na may temang, “Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered: Ensuring the Right to Life for All.”
