Noong August 25, nagtungo si Bayambang Local Youth Development Officer Johnson R. Abalos sa Kapitolyo para dumalo sa Local Youth Assembly at upang pormal na i-induct bilang Presidente ng Federation of Local Youth Development Officers of Pangasinan para sa taong 2023.
Ang induction ceremony ay ginanap sa Pangasinan Training Center, kung saan naging inducting officer si Board Member Philip Theodore Cruz.
