A peaceful and productivity-driven  Municipality where God-loving people live a better quality of life sustained under a healthy and soundly managed ecological environment inspired by a transparent, participative, accountable and responsive political leadership strongly supported by the citizenry.
 

To realize the Vision, the LGU of Bayambang shall:

  • Establish effective public order & safety measures towards a crime-free Municipality;
  • Enhance financial/income generation capacity to support the implementation of vital programs/projects to improve the lives of the people;
  • Maximize and sustain agro-industrial development;
  • Contribute to the improvement in the delivery of basic social services specifically on education, health and related support facilities;
  • Adopt and implement a viable environmental management program;
  • Initiate continuing consultations/dialogues with concerned stakeholders to generate greater participation/involvement in development efforts.
